Delicious! The employees were so kind and helpful. It was evident that they all took pride in the food they were serving. Definitely a spot to try!
Bacon Cheeseburger w/ grilled onions, jalapeños, pickles, chipotle sauce. First few bites were amazing and then it got soupy from the chipotle sauce, and the flavor wasn't worth the soup. Chipotle was kinda bland.
Fries were delicious and hot af.
Napkins sucked - bring your own, they're pointless.

This place is relatively cheap and the food is amazing. I don't have many complaints. It's not gourmet food so don't expect that but if your looking for a quick a good bite to eat it's delicious. All the workers there are super nice too. I've tried their tri tip sandwhich and their bacon cheeseburgers and they were both 4.5/5 for sure.
Great place to eat in downtown, got introduced to their amazing Tri Tip Sandwiches through a coworker. It is a ritual on a Friday to grab one of these for lunch. Workers are awesome and my food is always delicious. There is space to eat outside and enjoy the sun.
I love Jack's, I am a returning customer and they never miss! The service is amazing, the most wonderful people work there. The indoor and outside seating is always nice and clean + access to be able to people watch with ease. I have only ever tried their burgers, but I am sure everything else is just as delicious. Their fries are one of my faves.
Chipotle burger is my favorite. Nice to have an outside area to enjoy your food. Restaurant parking is small, but has plenty of public parking near by.

Best godamn burger in santa cruz. Hands down. I think the fries are weak though, its obvious they arent cutting potatoes but the burger makes up for it. There was a point where i was coming here every Saturday. The price is exceptional reasonable (considering where we are).
